YJ 30-50 Ton Split Condensing Units

Versatility and Reliability in One Compact Design

LUXAIRE® YD 30-50 Ton Split Condensing Units have a compact design and clean styling, making them ideal for rooftop or ground-level installation. The condenser coils are constructed of microchannel aluminum tube and aluminum fins for long-lasting, efficient operation. These AC condensing units are completely assembled, piped and wired at the factory to provide one-piece shipment and rigging.

Meets or exceeds ASHRAE 90.1-2007 Standard
Inherently protected condenser fan motors
Standard operation to 40°F; factory- or field-installed, low-ambient VFD control to 0°F
Scroll compressors provide both high efficiency and reliability
Crankcase heaters that de-energize when the compressor is operating
Solid state or internal line break compressor motor protection
Lockout circuit prevents the unit from cycling on safety control
Factory-testing of each compressor, condenser fan motor, crankcase heater and electrical control circuit assures trouble-free startup and years of reliable operation

Smart Equipment enabled
Five-minute anti-short cycle timer and minimum compressor run time
Factory-installed disconnects, convenience outlet and an E-coat coil option
Condenser coils constructed of microchannel aluminum tube and aluminum fins for durability and long-lasting, efficient operation
Self-contained high and low pressure controls
Class 2, 24-volt thermostat control circuit
Multiple controls to provide stable system operation at ambient temperatures down to 40° F with kits available for operation to 0° F
